Christmas Jewels – Lesson 7 – Clearing
It’s hard – it’s impossible – to fall in love with anyone or anything if you feel tight and constrictive.
Logic would indicate, Captain (for those of you who are still Star Trek fans), that if you want to fall in love – most especially yourself – that you open up any constriction or heaviness in your energy body.
Your spiritual state interacts with your energy body. Your energy body interacts with your emotions and your physical body. You can come at things from any direction – the thing to do is choose one that will work, and is reasonably efficient. (Remember our discussion of angle of attack several days ago?)
One very efficient approach to falling in love is to expand your energy body.
To do this, we have to start releasing the negative thought forms that surround us, attach themselves to us, and constrict us.
We’ll spend today and the next two days on this subject, because it really is the most effective and efficient way to really fall in love – with yourself, with the world.
Clearing Negative Thought-Forms
Very often, it takes us a while to completely clear negative thought-forms from our energy field.
The reason?
We so habitually trigger our connection with them – with our blurts (our little judgment-statements, usually about ourselves).
So even if we see an energy healer – even a really great one – unless we commit to changing our thinking patterns, all the work that they do with us, for us, on us, and to us will still not be effective. We have to do our part.
We start by recognizing the blurt that triggers our moving energy from our own energy-being into the negative thought-form.
You can sense your negative thought-forms in your mind’s eye. Sometimes you can energetically feel them. Some of you will develop the ability to actually see them.
It is not unusual for a negative thought-form to attach itself into our own energy body with something that looks like a root (and may even have spreading rootlets). Sometimes they wrap themselves around us and constrict us. They may have a definite shape; they may be sort of like a grey, wispy cloud – sort of like mummy-wrappings.
In my case, I’ve got a couple of negative thought-forms (still working on them, We teach that which we need to learn) that siphon off energy units from me. It’s like I think a certain blurt (less and less, but it still happens), and it’s like transferring a pint of energy-blood into the negative thought-form. (These really are vampiristic little beasties.)
So – hard or even impossible to really love ourselves if we’re thinking a negative thought (blurt), and then pouring a pint of energy-blood into a vampiristic-thought-form, and then that thought-form is wrapping itself around us and constricting our energy and life-force even further. Hmmm?
So. We work on these. Might take us a while. Worth the effort.
There’s three secret weapons in how we handle these.
We addressed the first of them – blessings and gratitudes – earlier in our Lessons.
The point was not just to go all arcane-spiritual on you. It was to be as practical as possible, and get to the goal-state (loving ourselves more) as efficiently and competently as possible. One very useful tool is to focus our minds on blessings and gratitudes, because as we do this, we train our minds away from our blurts.
We’ll discuss the next two secret weapons in the next two Lessons. One you probably know (all too well; I can sense the groans and eyeball rolling from a distance – suck it up, it’s like being told that you have to exercise if you want a strong abdominal core).
The other? Might be new to you. And it really is a powerful secret weapon.
Clearing Negative Thought-Forms
This section is taken from Own Your Power by Alicja Jones, which will be released in 2014. The following is from her October 8 Meditation:
Another strange event occurred in the late 1990’s. The day that I met Wanda Lasseter-Lundy (the woman who would become my mentor and teacher), she noticed a negative thought form that was suspended in my mental body; a dense cloud of debris suspended within the right side of my energy field. After being told about it, I worked very hard to clear that negative energy out of my energy field, always paying attention to any negativity that would creep into my thoughts and counteracting it with a positive statement or feeling. Each time she saw me she would comment that the negative thought form appeared less dense.
One night, I had barely fallen asleep when I bolted upright in my bed after something went POP! The door of the bedroom opened from the inside, and instinctively I knew that the negative thought form had left for good. The next time that I saw Wanda, I asked her to look at my energy field. She did and exclaimed: It’s not there! My efforts to keep myself positive had cleared the negative thought form from my energy field entirely. I do not know how long it had been there, but I suspect it had been there for a long, long time.
… Through breathing and setting intent, I do my best each day to clear out the debris within my energy field that may have accumulated during the day in my interactions with others. You can do the same, through deep breathing exercises and by setting your intent. Set aside a time and space for yourself to align with Self; a time and space where you will not be disturbed, where you can cocoon and get into a private place, where time stands still and effort becomes effortless. Do this every morning before you start your day, and every night before you go to bed. You will notice a remarkable difference in the way your day flows.
